Thrive can consultant with schools to work together to build on strengths and solve problems in a partnership that emphasises trust, openness, and cooperation.
PIP
PIP is a restraint and positive handling accredited course developed for mainstream primary schools in response to an ever growing complex pupil population and the need for more quality training.
Outreach (TAB)
Behaviour support, SEND, mental health and wellbeing outreach support to schools in both primary and secondary settings, Local Authorities and specialist provisions.
SENCO Mentoring
SENCO specialist support, mentoring, advice and guidance for both experienced and new to role practitioners.
